Mel was born and raised in Rhinelander. She spent over a decade working in healthcare before transitioning into a career in real estate with Redman Realty Group. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. In her free time she enjoys traveling, summer activities and spending time with her husband and four children.
