Rhinelander District Library Receives $1,000 Grant From Community Foundation

Rhinelander, WI (10/2018) – The Rhinelander Community Foundation is pleased to announce it has awarded a $1,000 grant to the Rhinelander District Library. The grant will help fund programs and materials for financial literacy, entrepreneurship and job seeking as well as provide resources to support local nonprofits in management/leadership, grant writing and volunteer management.

Since it’s early beginnings the Rhinelander Public Library has worked to establish true partnerships with philanthropic organizations, businesses, and governments in the communities it serves. The Community Foundation grant allows for continued growth of those partnerships and facilitates programs and materials that benefit individual residents as well as the community at large.

The Rhinelander Community Foundation award grants for projects and programs that impact the Rhinelander area in a positive way. The Community Foundation will be announcing the implementation of a competitive grant and review process, set to begin in 2019.
